We build and sell only fully finished apartments—we do not sell partially finished units. This ensures a fast move-in and means new residents won’t have to endure renovation noise, debris, or dust in shared areas after moving in.
From the earliest design stages, we place particular focus on the layout of every apartment. Thanks to our specialization in residential construction and many years of experience, we continuously refine our floor plans to make the most efficient use of space and natural light—ensuring a high quality of living in the long term.
We sell apartments during the construction phase, so buyers can view the building on site and follow progress directly. This eliminates the risk of buying “from drawings,” as your decision is made at the final stage of the project.
The earlier you purchase during construction, the easier it is to tailor the apartment to your needs—from the overall layout to the smallest design details. You can choose flooring and doors, adjust the placement of internal partitions, select wall colours, sanitary fixtures and their locations, the design of ceramic tiles, and other interior solutions.
