Experience
Our experience and accumulated resources—both human and material—are the result of many years of work. The company’s origins date back to 1973, when the Design and Construction Association “Šiauliai” established the Šiauliai City Construction Board. In 1990, the Design and Construction Association “Šiauliai” was dissolved and the Šiauliai City Construction Board was reorganised, forming the basis for the establishment of the state enterprise ARKADA. In 1992, ARKADA became an independent company with privately owned Lithuanian capital.
