Apartment finishing
Standard finishing is included in the apartment price. For custom solutions, we agree on the changes and their cost separately, taking into account the stage of completion and technical feasibility.

When can you choose the finishes?
You can choose flooring, tiles and interior doors from the available options before they are installed. When buying a partly or fully finished apartment, changes to completed work and installed materials are agreed and charged separately.

You can supply your chosen materials and fittings and request changes to the layout, electrical installation, lighting or other features. We agree on feasibility, price and timing before work begins, taking into account the stage of completion, technical constraints and applicable safety and legal requirements.
The earlier we discuss your preferences, the more options there are to accommodate them without redoing completed work.
